I forgot to mention that we did go above the head of the original adjuster, his supervisor dealt with it the second time around. Didn't really help much at all.
There were no clear markings on the jack to identify a serial number or anything so no luck with that either, however...
nobody said it weighed 25tons (its a 25ton construction jack, it can support that much weight)....the jack weighs about 50-60lbs since i picked it up and put it in the trunk.
claims adjuster said they'll fix the seals but Honda didnt even mention the timing belt or waterpump to him.
This car was running 100% before this mishap....
He said that the timing belt, waterpump and a few seals couldn't be accident related. (bullshiiiiiiiiiiit)
However it now seems that...
little update:
- car went into the dealership, mechanics said more than likely the motor needs to be replaced.
- claims adjuster says to just replace the oil pan and fix the subframe, try it out
- mechanics do so, oil still leaks out somewhere around the timing belt
- mechanics are now...
