Yea, I noticed this too, and I own a Nexus 4. There is some definite scroll lag in Chrome, but not all that noticeable, unless it's an image heavy site.

I have a nexus 7 and mostly use the broswer. However, the few apps I do use, I prefer the phone layout to the tablet layout. If it's a well made app the assets scale well, at least for the apps that I use. I'd imagine that's just because of the Nexus 7 form-factor though. Moving to a 10in...

I don't understand how the hype is manufactured. The game is being made by the studio who created THE FPS of the current generation.

The original Netflix app with the party viewing was made by MS, the updated one was made by Netflix. WMC support is fading in Windows 8 as well, so I don't get the conspiracy there.
