Well if you really want to overclock I suggest you should buy an Abit KT7A Mobo... With a fop 32-1 heatsink/Fan and Artic silver... When overclocking, it is not always 100% that you can gain 200 - 300 mhz. It really depends on your CPU, and cooling. Abit boards are great for overclocking...
