GTX 285 is the 55nm refresh of GTX 280, with faster clocks as well as higher shader clock ratio. GTX 290 will probably be the name of GT212 with extra shaders, that will come out to fight RV870 or before that.
If GTX 295 is MSRP 499, GTX 285 should be ~350?
