Thanks for all the advice and links! I'll adding some thermal paste to the order. I don't plan on a huge overclock... but if it helps save a few degrees C, it *may* lead to lower fan speeds and quieter would be nice. Incidentally, my current cpu cooler (standard dual core opteron) started...

This may be either A) obvious or B) doesn't matter... But if planning on driving Dual Monitors, you won't be able to use the HDMI & DVI outputs at the same time. I didn't realize this before I ordered a 785G motherboard. Hoping to help avoid a similar "doh" moment. Dave
