ditto on zalman as well, i have 300w model and it is dead silent. it is little bit warm but it has been stable as rock.

i just got http://us.enlightcorp.com/products/server/detel.php?kind=servercases&serial=39 how does one remove drive from this case? its got rails but its not designed like antec where you remove the front cover to remove the drive. this things front cover was not designed to open up easily...
