I think the G13s use Cherry MX brown. You might wanna try MX browns as your next mechanical keyboard if you dive into it again.

I'm glad that Corsair didn't meet their deadline for the K70 with blue/brown switches or I would've purchased it. I got this instead and am damn happy! Great keyboard. PBT keycaps, lasered and infill legends, steel plating so no flexing.

They missed their deadline by a month and a half (said it was coming out in July). Sorry, already bought a keyboard while waiting around. They missed out on business.

It sounds like you're reading the temp as 90F and not C. The other program that you read 33C sounds right. 33C = ~90F.

Wow... 1150 and 1155 use the same holes! SAME EXACT holes, ANY cooler that worked for 1155 WILL 100% work with 1150 socket. It isn't just the CM hyper 212.

Why would you have to worry about anything "under" the adaptive curve. Stress testing doesn't test the lower frequencies/voltages, it'll blast all the way up anyway. The only good thing about testing on adaptive voltage settings is to account for the extra voltage influx OVER your manual...

I turned off adaptive and put it on manual when doing tests. After reaching stability with manual, I switch back to adaptive for the C states. Ambient has also been ~32-37C this past week. No AC :(

My CPU would fry going 1.3V. I get 96C load temps doing IBT max setting at 1.21V 96C 4.3GHz. I have a 4770k.

Um.... are we reading the same charts? I see 3770k overclocked at 4.8ghz idle = 115Watts load = 244Watts, FX8350 at 4.8ghz idle = 160Watts load = 364Watts... Isn't that 50% more power?

I don't get this??? You're gonna keep using the 5870 with the A10... Why the hell do you even care about the iGPU? Doesn't that defeat the point you were trying to make about Haswell and its inferior iGPU compared to AMD's solution if you're just going to use your discrete card anyway?

For my desktop? Yeah I would buy a C1 chipset. My computer is never in the sleep state. I turn off my desktop at night. Laptop? Hell no.

Should be no problem. Same socket, E6300 same gen processor as E6600. BTW, stock E6600 speed is 2.8GHz.
