Finally, it is now running at DDR 400 mgHz. In the BIOS, I changed cas latency from 2.5 to 3 and when it booted, it indicates 400 mghz. I'm happy now!!

Thanks for the response. Yes, the memory slots are full. I only have 4 slots. Here's a dumb question... Which is better, a 2GB RAM running at 400mghz or a 2.75GB running at 333mghz? Also, should my RAM totals to 3GB?
