How do I flash my bios without a floppy drive? My mobo is the Asus P5W-DH

Oh well, it's in and there's no worrying about it now. My temps are damned nice at 3 ghz. 42c loaded. :D

Well, the people who had issues with heat said they could NOTICE it simply by touching the heatsinks on the NB and such. There isn't ANY heat to speak of anywhere. And my temps with the reader and in the bios are fine.

I just came from an old 2500+ with an SLK900 or whatever from Thermalright. All you had to do was simply clip the thing on. ... wow. I am now running an E6600 with a Zalman 9700. This thing was the biggest PAIN IN THE ASS to put on. Why can't we just stick to clips? WHY!?!?!?!?!

Well, I am running my E6600 at 3ghz at the moment, and my load temps on my CPU are 35c. :o This is with a Zalman 9700 with AS5. The readings are with a temp reader I used with my old box. It's dead on accurate. My NB doesn't get even remotely hot. I'm more than psyched with this...

Well, I got the top of the line Lian Li, which inverts the mobo, and I have had NO issues with a hot NB so far. I even ran it with the case upside down for a while, and there wasn't even 1 degree of difference. I guess it's only certain motherboards that have issues with these things...

That's what I ended up going with. :) And as I said, as soon as a good 680i board comes out, I'll order it and slap the P5W into my sister's machine. ;)

I'll manage for the time being. I'll upgrade the second they come out. My sister could use a new mobo anyway. ;)

SLI is a must. I ended up ordering the most expensive huge case Lian-Li has to offer, 2 gigs of Corsair XMS 800, the 620 or so watt Corsair PSU, another 7950, and an E6600. Keep in mind this is coming from a 2500+, NF7-S, and a 9700 pro. The jump should be considerable, eh? :P

Which would you guys choose? I already have the E6600, 2 gigs of Corsair XMS, and a 7950. Which board would you guys choose? I want to OC some, but I need stability as well. :D

Well, I am getting the parts for my new desktop in tomorrow, and I figured I might as well go for a laptop as well. I want a laptop that will be used primarilly for gaming (WoW mainly), school work (doing a lot of C++, Java, etc...), and some movie and graphic editing. I have been...

And, as for the price... I don't want to spend more than 3 grand, but I guess I'd be willing to go over that a bit if need be. Thanks. :D
