Depends on how much ram you have too, but disable monitoring and scan weekly.

I've had two of them, and had nothing but problems. I got rid of them, and have been happy ever since.

I'd get the 1.2Ghz. Its worth the extra $$$ over the 1Ghz.

You can get a Slot 1Ghz that runs 100Mhz FSB. I bought one some time back for a friend. It was pricey at the time, thou I imagine they have come down in price since.

I have one on my second rig. I've had it for about 2 yrs now, and love it. Its a bit loud, but the quality is excellent.
