Water has properties that act atomically (explains surface tension), react with our energy/conciousness and is that path they work by, very little understood about that capability of man and the true workings of the universe.

How to re~flow a circuit board? Process I have heard that re liquifies soldered joints/paths.

The device needs and or should be separated so as to allow rice contact full on with the circuit board/chips. Using air is dependent on evaporation of the water molecules embedded/absorbed into chips etc. Several days in bag of rice,a week or more if not separated. Immediately as possible too :p
