I have a P4 2.5 ghz that is constantly freezing. MBM says my CPU temp is 75 c and case temp is 70c. I am assuming this is the problem. How can i lower these temperatures?!?!

well, I am quite teh noob. This computer is the first one I have built myself and I uh...yeah...never actually used that thermal paste. Didnt know anything about it. So I will put some of that on. Do you think that will lower the temp to a normal amount?
Also, is my case so hot simply...
