Printing MS word document on Thermal Printer

Hi, I want to print the receipts in MS Word doc to thermal printer. is it possible to do so? connecting the USB thermal printer to PC and printing the receipts template in thermal printer directly? Which will be the best and cheapest 80mm thermal printer to go ahead.
