RAM upgrade for hp pavilion dv6605us

Thanks....one and all for the good advice. leegroves86 - your number will definitely go in the "book" for future reference as I have a number of customers with HP/Compaq lappys and as you well know they require the services of a "doctor" on a fairly regular basis. (AC adapter jack ring any...

RAM upgrade for hp pavilion dv6605us

dv6605us looks to be a pretty good fit for our needs and at a decent price. Comes with Vista Home Premium but only 1gb RAM...need to up that to at least 2 (4 is max 2x2). HP proprietary RAM is just nuts $100++ / GB (IF you can even find one that fits according to their "compatibility"...

    Trendnet wireless router/adapters $4.99 AR

Can't comment on the other pieces, but just installed the router in a customers network to replace a LinkSys that was tied up in knots after DSL install nightmare. Unplugged the Linky, plugged in the Trend (to the Vista HP box), rebooted cable modem to grab a new IP and off to the races first...

I'm guessing that there was at least a touch of cynicism in your comment. If not, you and "chucky" would be the only two individuals left on the planet that actually believed ANYTHING that was "promised"/"stated"/"intimated" by those who have kept this "let's get hits at any cost" fiasco...

We're very much looking forward to seeing this P35 review after the much anticipated µATX MB round-up is posted. ;) The µATX turned into a monster that has consumed my life for the most part and you will see why this week. :D As far as the P35 boards, we have provided results for six...

FT, I think I might detect a note of sarcasm (or is it cynicism?). Careful. Next thing you'll be telling us that today's not Friday - or that "word has it....." , or, - asking "word from whom?" Reading your "...a REVEALING hdd enclosure review......" comment, I figured I was missing the...

Odd sort of way the "delay" worked in my favor/favour as well - kinda, sorta <g>. After what seemed like hundreds of hours trying to come to a decision on the "best" µATX I finally threw in the towel-found a decent enough looking case (NZXT) that would take full size ATX mobo and went with tried...
