I dont want to sound like an idiot, but here goes: I think I had the heat-sink on wrong before, which would conclude why it was shutting off after 3 seconds. But now, I get it to turn on, but it does nothing. Drives spin up, lights flash (still no keyboards lights), and blacklight works...

Oh, AND I hear no beeps. It just shuts off. Ive read other posts where the thing beeped, but this thing doesnt.

I have a Gigabyte GA-7VRXP, XP 2100, with 512DDR Mushkin, and an ATI Readon 7500 Lite. I turn it on, and within 3 seconds shuts off. What could possibly be the problem? The CD-ROM and Floppy Drive lights turn on, but the keyboards lights dont even flash. I'm clueless. Ive Cleared CMOS a few...
