I think Peter was correct. If you have not fixed the problem yet this may help - Microsoft Knowledge Base Article If this article is not relevent then go to Microsoft Knowledge Base and search for both INACCESSABLE_BOOT_DEVICE and for the STOP: error that you are getting. Good luck. :)
