Hello all, I have a HP that has 2 USB Ports in front and two in the back. All 4 are detected, however, only the two in the back work. Any suggestions?

Actcually, it's a program called PHPNuke. It's under GPL. What I'm trying to do is create a general purpose tech site. If it doesn't get some help and some traffic it's gonna die. Would anyone here like to help?
