hey people, I've been using the asus a7v for about 2 mos,I can't up the fsb it becomes very unstable, I have my 900 tbird at 10.5x100.. so I sold my a7v to a friend and ordered the abit kt7a..I'm hoping to see 140x7.5 atleast..I'm using crucial 133@144 2-2-2..I was thinking of picking up a stick...
hey tempt, I've been oc'ing for a few weeks now, but don't understand what you are saying here..I have 256 mb crucial pc133 cas2, what are those settings that you speak of..150 2-2-2.. how do you change ths speed of the memory..probably a stupid question...:)
sorry I forgot to add the arctic silver..its very important, it'll lower the temp another few degrees...now there's arctic silver 2, check www.2cooltek.com :)
The Globalwin FOP38 is the big boy on the block, very loud and powerful..if you want to oc a tbird, the fop38 will definatly do the job right..if noise level is a factor the fop32 is less noisy and still a very solid performer..
hmm thats interesting about the sound card..I've never heard of that being an issue..I'm going to remove it and give that a try..its an older soundblaster live value..as far as the temps they seem to be very steady at 44c under load..
