According to Blockbuster (their web site says so) they don't wait to receive a DVD to send the next one from your queue. USPS notifies them as soon as USPS gets the envelope. If that's true then it shouldn't matter which is the BB hub that will receive the returned DVD.

I'm very happy with Netflix. I do 20 movies a month average on a 3-at-a-time plan. When I tried canceling my account I get a page which asks to accept the terms of cancelation and states that cancelation will be effective immediatelly as soon as I press Complete Cancelation. Is the deal page...
