A little more info. None of my case lights are on, and they're all connected to the MB. I'm a little confused. The bracket LEDs for diagnostics are all lit, so they have power, but none of the case LEDs (power , HDD, etc) are on, so maybe I've got a power problem?

I'm trying to upgrade to an MSI KT3V and an XP2100+. I've got the system built up, but when I power up I get nothing, no beeps, no posts, nada. The diagnosis LEDs on the back of the MB indicate that the processor is either damaged or misinstalled. I'm pretty sure I've got it installed right...
