I ordered a pair of what virtuallarry suggested because the others are available locally if I need them.
I don't think any come with my cards but I may be pleasantly surprised.
I want to install 2 GTX 260's but my HX620 only has 2 PCI-E connectors. Am I better off splitting the PCI-E connectors with something like this:

or is it better to use 2x 4-pin to PCI-E adapters like this...
Hmm....that is strange.
I knew that 32-bit Vista would not be able to see all the memory but I did not expect it to cause such performance challenges during install.
Why does extra unusable RAM cause the install program to struggle?
The install took about 7 hours. It did finish and I am not having any kind of performance problems in Vista but I still do not know why it took so long to install.
I am dreading my next installation of Vista now.
I hope I don't have to reinstall for any reason.
Yes, RHEL in US and SUSE in Europe. Most businesses will only use commercially supported distributions so you are not going to see much Slackware in the workplace.

I have a file server I keep important data such as documents and pictures.
With the exception of game saves and configuration data everything else on the drives is replaceable so this is really just about performance for me.

I have a recently acquired MSI P6N Platinum.
I have 2 500GB SATA drives and I was toying with the idea of using RAID 0 for performance.
My question is this. Will this really be faster or is the 430i too slow for this to matter?
