No it is me just being cheap well I would call it frugal... So on that vain, what is the best bang for the buck of the cards that were mentioned here? I can buy any of them, but I want to be smart about it. I know that the best card is not always the most expensive but sometimes it is.

So I just doubled the amount I want to spend, but found a great video card for my system... Now the question is do I want to fork out the cash for the X1950GT...

I like that card and the price, anyone else care to weigh in?

I am looking to upgrade other than just to TV capabilities, but the features I would need/want are video out, a little on the cheaper side, and specs than my current card (obviously).

My dilemma is that I am looking for a good video card that is an AGP and has video out. My current card is a Radeon 9600XT and I found this card a Sapphire Radeon X1650. With the mail in rebate it is only $61 including shipping. I was just curious if this seems like a good upgrade...
