The video cards have to be the exact same. You can't use an MSI 6600GT and an XFX 6600GT. They have to be the exact same model and bios from the same manufacterer.

Well, yes I fixed the problem. It ended up being that the source of my problems was actually the memory. The combination of upping the DRAM voltage and using different sticks of RAM fixed the problems I was having with both the A8N-SLI and the DFI SLI-DR.
