Maybe I missed some info earlier:
The GPUs are packaged in FC-BGA (Flip-Chip Ball Grid Array).
The ball is the solder ball at the bottom of the GPU before it's being mounted onto the video card's PCB (Printed Circuit Board).
There is a standard govern the packaging, but, i'm not sure...
I'm extremely curious on the type of packaging used by nVidia on their GPUs.
2 GPUs that i'm interested to know:
:: nVidia GeForce2 MX 400
:: nVidia GeForce MX 4000
What i wanted to know are:
:: Package sizes
:: Ball count
It seems that these information can't be found anywhere...
