Most shipping carriers aren't that careful with boxes. There's a pretty good chance it may have gotten damaged on the way there...or it was just defective. Did you give BFG Tech Support a call yet? (or email)

You didn't check the tracking number?

Between a BFG or a PNY, you're better off to get the BFG. BFG has a TRUE lifetime warranty, whereas PNY's is a lifetime warranty to the products life cycle. Just some extra information. Also, BFG has 24/7 tech support.

I find it funny that people are RMA'ing cards that were flashed. If you're at least goign to RMA a card that you killed from being flashed with the wrong bios, at least use a PCI card and flash back the orginal bios (you should have backed them up first). Also... Don't post crap like this...

They received my card Monday (Feb 9th). They sent a new card out the same day (I was shocked). I should receive my card on friday, which seems about right, being that they're in IL. and I'm in CA. I must say that they have awesome tech support and a very easy RMA process. By far the best video...

I beg to differ, this mod actually increased my 3DMark 2001 scores by 1k, and my 2003 by almost 500. I can also overclock the card much higher then I could before. Dont speak before you know what you're talking about.

Mine got shipped today. 64.97 before tax. After tax and rebate, the price will have been $59 or so. I should get it tomorrow. W00t!
