My Abit Siluro GF4 Ti4400 has successfully o/c'd to 300/650 without any problems. I haven't really tried going higher than Ti4600 speeds though. P.S. This was with stock cooling, as the Siluro has heatsinks all over the ram.

Not sure about that combination, but I have seen a Leadtek WinFast A170 GF4 MX-440 beep like crazy when plugged into a Gigabyte GA-7VTXH+ with BIOS rev. F2 and work fine in a FIC AD-11 & ECS K76SA.
