Does this ups have a line conditioner or is it just a ups?

I'm looking for a single or double arm lcd wall mount. Is there anyplace that sells this at a reasonable price? everyplace i've seen has them for $80+ that's almost as much as an lcd monitor nowadays.

I just got my xfx 6600gt agp card this week. It works great. I don't know if it's any better but they have a new heatsink without the graphics you see in the reviews and pics.

I was thinking of that or if you play a game like cod, you would have one screen looking in front of you and one looking in back of you.
