    Backup using auotrun?

I have an important db that is backed up daily at my office. Right now we are using Zip Disks and only one copy is made daily. I would like to start using some of those USB key chain solid state drives so that other employees can take a backup home as well (I would like at least 2 daily)...

price drop on 3com 802.11b wireless card w/ xjack, now around $80

I have had nothing but trouble with this card in Windows XP. 3 Com support leaves a lot to be desired. They haven't even updated the drivers since Feb. That thing went back and an Orinoco Gold is in it's place. No more problems whatsoever. 128bit encryption, and it works flawlessly with...

    compaq presario 2800 laptop 1.6p4 cdrw/dvd 20gig $1383

I havent used the S-Video port at all. I have a great home theater system for that, the only time I watch a dvd is on the road... sorry. The prices will always be better the longer you wait, and they will always be making better laptops. You just have to set a price and a feature list and...

    compaq presario 2800 laptop 1.6p4 cdrw/dvd 20gig $1383

I haven't played GTA3 on it yet, but I am planning on purchasing it soon. Considering that I can play JK2 @1024x768x32 smooth, I would think that GTA3 would work well on it. I am trying to figure out what to use for a controller in gta3 (kb/mouse or gamepad). Any suggestions or comments about...

    compaq presario 2800 laptop 1.6p4 cdrw/dvd 20gig $1383

I just got mine (2800T). I took advantage of the Costco deal a couple weeks back. This really is the best laptop for the $ right now IMO. I was not a fan of Compaq at all before I started reading reviews of this model. I picked it up from Costco knowing that I could return it if I didn't...

    Free Microsoft XP T-shirt

I'm with you man.. post away.. I never would have noticed it if you hadn't posted. I don't have 6 hours a day to scour this place like these other guys. I'm sure the reasons for the posting guidelines make complete sense, but there is a point where people need to stop being so damn anal.

Canon S110 $299, no pm, no Mir

They make firewire readers for cf cards as well. If you don't have a firewire port, you can always upgrade an Audigy sound card and use it's firewire port. Having a firewire reader would be great. I use CF for my digicam and my MP3 player... it's nice to have both on CF, but man USB is slow..

Viewsonic VG150 15 inch LCD for $303 plus shipping (after coupon and rebate)

I agree with you, but it would still suck to even watch a DVD on this particular LCD.

Viewsonic VG150 15 inch LCD for $303 plus shipping (after coupon and rebate)

Just a heads up... These LCDs only have 60Hz refresh. "1,024 x 768 at 60Hz refresh rate" taken directly from viewsonic's web site. Most newer LCDs are 75-85Hz refresh. This makes a big difference when viewing things in motion on an LCD (video, games, etc.).
