Under GTA IV, the GPU load is on 40-45% and the CPU load is on the same level (I have a BIG bottleneck somewere...). I also tried to disable four cores to see what happens and the 550 runs better.
The only thing that improves the performance (100 points in 3dmark 11)...

I also have a Gigabyte GA-MA785GM-US2H, 6GB DDR2, and the HD 6870.

It is a PowerCooler PS-500ss. I really don't know what is the real brand of the PSU, since it's imported from china and it sells under this name in Argentina. Nonetheless, it cost like an OCZ of the same range (500w)
