Ok I am trying that now, where are the individual timing settings in the 0404 bios? I cannot locate them, I set the memory to 800 mhz though.

Yes, I do have the 040 Bios, and I did put the the RAM in the black slots. i will try the timings you suggest and see how that goes. Let ya know. Thank You.
