Mine posts fine with a 2500K as well. I bought mine at Superbiiz last week and it too came with the 1.B BIOS according to the little green sticker on top of the BIOS chip.
Interesting, good to know most of them are replaceable. The RAZR was first on my list due to its touted build quality. It would be good for my outdoor "in the boonies" fun. Could you recommend a phone that is rugged like the RAZR with a replaceable battery?

Athena, how did you get the price adjustment after 2 1/2 weeks? I bought mine on Sept 28 and they wouldn't adjust it for me today because it was past the 14 day mark.
