    I have a setup as you describe. If you wish to run the app, the external drive must be connected. If it is connected you can have a shortcut to it on your laptop screen.

    MXNERD cited a fix. There is a down and/or an up arrow at the end of every Forum heading. Clicking the up arrow on the For Sale Forum compresses it all into the title, and that works for me.

    IMHO the new chrome plated Edge is better than Chrome. It quickly imports all IE11 settings and Faves Bar. It auto handles PDF files and manages music downloads. Yes, it offers Google as well as Bing searches. I have now deleted IE.
