I can't change them so I can't oc more than 75 MHz fsb with cel466=525MHz So Please help me; I did oc it with the dipswitches onboard my mobo but it won't go any higher than this and no I didn't use a peltier or something like that.

Hi and nope it isn't you can better use something like 3DMark2000 or cpustability test or prime95 you can find 3dmark2000 at www.madonion.com and cpustab you can find that one at www.ocshoot.com good luck with testing and keep it cool!
