ABIT KT7 Headaches!

:confused: I have the exact same problem, but I have a MSI GeforceII mx graphics card. No overclocking, Athlon950, 256MB RAM and several SCSI and IDE hard drives. What confuses me is that I have to turn off the computer completly for a few minutes to boot sucsessfully after a hang situation.
