yes it was an upgrade, and I am kind of leary formatting the whole drive, I don't want to have to back everything.

I just upgrade my computer from Windows ME to Windows XP, everything is working fine except when I try to run Windows Media player, musicmatch, or real player, I get an error message. I downloaded all the drivers and updates and I still get an error. The kicker is I downloaded Audio Jukebox...
