As grendel said, this is a small project, so unlike something big like SETI where you just make up a tiny unnoticable fraction of the overall production, with FaD, just a few active members can make a big difference for a team!
From what I've been reading on the Find-a-Drug forums, the new THINK system is actually supposed to be substantially faster and more efficient than the present Ligandfit system used for the UD Cancer project.

Don't know if anyone knows the answer to this but it's always struck me as a somewhat peculiar name for a website.... anandtech.... sounds like two words "An and Tech" or "Anand Tech" but if so what is Anand (or An)?
I mean some websites have fairly straight forward, down to earth no-nonsense...
Yeah, I sorted it out now - it turned out that my 2700+ CPU had been running as a 1500+ for the past four months!!
It took me a while to realise that I'd forgotten to set the FSB to 166Mhz in the BIOS though but I quickly rectified it earlier today and now I'm getting 168-210, which seems a lot...
Ok turns out that my computer has been running at 1500+ speed for the past four months without me realising!!!!
I think I fixed it now though by setting my M/Board CPU bus speed from 100Mhx up to 166Mhz..
Now my rating is 168
Hey I just set up my machine yesterday to start running FaD.. still don't appear on the stats page though.
One thing that's weird is that my main PC running FaD is an AMD 2700+ yet it only gets a CPU rating of 76 - is this normal? It seems a tad low to me.
Incidentaly the other machines I got...
