Hi, about a week ago i was having problems with my GEFORCE 2MX and my asus a7v mobo. The card would run,t he fanw ould blow and all that, but the monitor wouldnt turn on (the orange light stays on) so i took it in for some help and these guys tried a ATI Rage fury pro and the damn thing...

well, when i go to preferences it asks which region. then i hit region 1 for U.S. but then it says 4 more tiems until permanent. But i dont know if i should o this, because i dont want it to be playing only Region 1 dvds. Or do i HAVE to do this before it'll work?

I have an asus k7v tbird 800 processor. I have a plextor 12x set as the master and the toshiba as the slave. The toshiba reads cd's fine, but it wont playbak my dvd's. I installed windvd2000, but it wont play. what am i forgetting to do? Any help will do...

whoops, im running on a geforce video card right now... which brings me to anotyher question, The GEFORCE PCI card runs fine, but i got a new agp one and it wont work. Other agp cards work on this agp slot, but i figured if the geforce pci works, why wont the agp one work? grrrr....
