Thats what I was thinking, the 8pin has to be connected for it to run. I do have the mounting screws but I don't think my case manufacturer gave me enough, which is odd I know. I suppose that I could get more at my local computer store

and do you think it could be my power supply? I mean when i plug everything in the LED's inside the power supply works and everything, it flashes, when it's suppost to stay steady. But I don't think it is the power supply because it's the 2nd one i have bought brand new.
