    htc touch is good. I had the mogul for a while but i hated the small amount of ram. Thats why i switched to the touch with had a lot more ram. screen size is the same on both mogul and touch. it is 2.8" if i remember correctly.

    16gigs is good amount of mem. 8gigs i think is not too much for my music. i guess it depends on how much stuff you want in it. i would nt be happy with anything smaller than 16gig imo.
