    Eh, it I think it usually just spontaneously happens. But my bet is on either Motherboard or PSU.

    My first thought is motherboard. However, if there's a problem with your power supply, then that can cause some funky results, as well. You didn't have any performance issues before?

    I never knew you could do that in the first place, but it works for me on Win7 Pro.
