I use Adaware and scan it all the time. Ill look at everything though and the only reason why I would have internet explorer on while in BF2 is to try to block the pop ups.

Every like 5 min ill be playing Battlefield 2 and then a pop up will come up and minimize my screen it makes me so mad. I uninstalled riva tuner but when I tried bf2 it had like grapics problems like the colors where going wierd on the menu then it cut off at the menu. It keeps cutting off and random places. Are there a lot of bad cards that come in or is it rare. Im going to try it now with riva tuner uninstalled.

I got it to start but when the EA games thing popped up it had a bad spot on the screen and then it went to dice screen and it and kind of froze and then bf2 cut off and back to the desktop. I also unlocked the piplines on my 6800.

Now i cant get BF2 to start im going to try restarting my computer.

Ok I got it in and working, but when ever i get in BF2 when I start loading a game it crashes and there seems to be probelms with Internet Explorer crashing but i did the error report thing and it said to download an update and i did and now it works but I havnt tried running BF2

I unlocked them and got them to work sorry i didnt get your directions at first. But when I ran BF2 i got a bunch of wierd stuff popping up every where real fast. And the performance of it seemed about the same what should i try doing.
