I'm using this with an Athlon X2-4400. BIOS and drivers all up to date. The problem is pretty simple to explain. The FSB seems stuck at 201.5 MHz (making the processor 2216.5 MHz). I can overclock in the BIOS, which reports higher speeds and fails if I press too hard, but nothing seems to...
