Hey I know the pain. As the Merc said - First, make sure your video cable is plugged into your card AND your TV--- and your TV is on! Go to your Display Properties/settings/advanced to open the new set of tabs specific to your card. Go to the tab that lists your card e.g. geForce4Ti4200 (etc)...
