i got my copy working and im playing it half way thru. :) I figure out that it is actually the display drivers tat is creating the havoc. Try installing the lastest drivers or reinstalling it.

No problem at all. Just install the AMD heatsink a couple of times to get the right temp. :)

Wat is the correct way of applying Thermal paste or Artic sliver on the heatsink/CPU core? I saw pple from the hardware shop applying low grade thermal paste on the HSF and stick it to the CPU. I think it is better just to apply a little bit of atric sliver on the cpu core n spread it evenly...

In tis case the moblie Barton 2500 is like a jewel for every hardware enthusiasts. I have a copper heatsink running my Althon Thunderbird 1GH @ 1.2GH.(overclocked) Can i use back my old copper heatsink to run tis new M-Barton 2500 CPU? Thanks :)

Hi guys, Im quite confuse with tis CPU Althon XP2600 @ FSB266mhz and XP2600 @FSB333mhz??? The XP2500 runs @ FSB333mhz = Barton 512L2 The XP2600 runs @ FSB333mhz = TBred 512L2 Since they are the same isnt the XP2600 also a Barton??? Am i wrong or confused? Pls correct me. Thanks.
