    RAID so slow with AMD 785g chipset, help

    help, just created a raid 0 with my new samsung spinpoint f3's via software raid using amd's raid drivers my question is why is my raid so slow? i had hd tune and the min dropped to 7mb and the max was only 245mb. any help is appreciated

    Avoid AMD AHCI driver at all costs

    so if i dont have a SSD, i wont see any performance issues with my Samsung spinpoints? raid or unraid?
