Im not able to see the files at all!! thats the problem... its not being detected on "my computer"

My External hard disc, was fine till a week ago and after that when I started using it, it has started to make a strange clicking noise. I was under the impression that the disc was failing but, Im able to detect it on the hardware that is connected to the computer. I dont know what to do now...

But, discontinue why??? the model is pretty successful and the demand is so much higher...

Hey all, I currently have a 4GB RAM for my Dell 501X, and want to expand it out to maybe 16GB or more. is there any way I could do that? Does this model support such an expansion of the RAM?

Ohh.. thanks a lot, its just that, would translation be possible for the static case, Ive seen formulas where there is a direct translation that happens for the dynamic case, but havnt been able to find one for the static case... Im trying to look for formlations that allow us to perform...
