That's true for standard settings, and should be taken into consideration. The setting I wanted was by Mark Schneider and was only sold at one retailer in town anyways. I doubt I would've gotten a better deal anywhere else, or at least one worth the drive.
That's what I did. James Allen for the stone because it's similar in price to bluenile and you can see the diamond before you buy. Setting from a local jeweler, so I can take it back for free re-sizings and cleanings when needed.
Yeah I have one of the "unaffected" cars in Kansas, right next to a recalled state, Missouri. I know they use salt on our roads (along with plenty of sand and gravel to be sure that my paint gets sandblasted too. We wouldn't want part of the car being left out, now, would we?) Guess I just get...
To the OP: ignore the above. I bought the following for $5050 within the last month. It's half the price and I would argue is a better stone.
Shape - round
Carat - 0.96
Cut - excellent
Color - I
Clarity - VS2
Here's the link if you want to see it...
That ring is pretty low on the clarity. The color isn't that high either, but I'd give up a little more on color to increase clarity. Also, a lot of the time the big jewelers (like Kay) don't give you the exact carat they advertise; it falls within a given range.
I just bought a stone and...
One is a turbocharged fwd sedan and the other is a naturally aspirated rwd coupe. Your best bet is to just drive it and see what you think.
It sounded like your warranty ended up covering the new turbo, so I wouldn't worry about it too much. It was likely just a manufacturing defect. I'd try...
No idea if they're real or the deal includes white but just saw this and thought I'd post it.

Just bought some ATH-M50s earlier today. Less than half the price and should sound ten times better, but I guess you gotta pay...
That sounds like the same symptoms that I have when a rib slips out of place. I am afraid to mention the word around here but a chiro can check it and have it back in place in a minute or two. Would be a lot faster and cheaper than having x-rays taken
I'm an aero engineer and I think you'd better off with a mechE degree working in the aero field. It's a lot easier to get a job in aero with a mech degree than a job outside aero with an aero degree.
