I brought me psu into work and the IT guys tested it on a few machines. It works! He suggested that the reason why it may not work on my machine is because some motherboards needed something else (a switch or pin) to power up the psu. My old psu did have an on/off switch on the back. Anyone...

I just got mine and I plugged it in to my ATX motherboard and nothing happens. I had a working system before and I just swapped the power supply. I also made sure the switch in the back is at 115. Please help!
