Did you find any slowdown or greater memory consumption with WinXP SP2 RC2 installed?

I used dxdiag (DirectX) to check Mhz Speed Step utility wasnt installed because on IBM notebook T20 PIII700, 128RAM, (same chipset BX) works speedstep without this utility. OK, I install SpeedStep utility.

I have notebook Toshiba Tecra8100, PIII600, 128SDRAM. Under W2K SP4 CPU runs only at 250-300Mhz, I changed CPU speed("Dynamic CPU Frequency Mode" to "Always High") to max in BIOS, but it doesnt works.
