If I installed the 9600xt, 9800pro, or other 8X AGP supported cards on a 4X AGP slot, would I be using only 50% of the cards performance/capabilities when playing games.. like 50% of the speed is untapped due to the bottleneck at the AGP 4X speed limitation..
